We booked our Singapore and KL trip from 2nd till 12th June through Travel Triangle. They assigned us couple of their partners/ Travel agents to help us get comparative quotes. Apart from Travel Triangle we spoke to few other online and offline travel agencies but found agents recommended by TT more knowledgeable and prompt. We finally decided to close with TT partner Plan My Leisure (PML) despite getting lower quotes from other agents. Ms. Varsha was our point of contact at PML, We are truly grateful to her for arranging everything extremely meticulously. She was always available to answer any query, she took extra efforts in helping me get good airfare at my preferred timings. We negotiated the package cost but once we agreed we are happy that there were no hidden or surprise charges. Even when we were in Singapore and KL she always ensured that pickups, hotel check-ins, visits everything is hassle free. In Singapore we stayed in Hilton on Orchard Road and in KL we stayed in Grand Millennium both were good hotels at very good locations. Testimonial for Corporate Host I recently had the opportunity to customize a travel package with Corporate Host, and I must commend the team, especially Pooja and Narendra, for their exceptional assistance throughout the process. **Day 1: Haridwar - Regenta Orkos Haridwar Hotel** The hotel lived up to its 4-star promise with lovely rooms and commendable services. We encountered a minor hiccup initially as we were allocated a twin bed room instead of one with a king-size bed. However, thanks to Mr. Narendra's timely intervention, the issue was swiftly resolved. **Day 2: Grand Luxotica Dehradun Hotel** Contrary to our expectations of a 4-star property, the hotel was a 3-star establishment managed by DLS hotel. The rooms were cramped, and the service was far from satisfactory. The staff's attire was unprofessional, and the rooms had an unpleasant odor. The bathroom toiletries and towels provided were substandard. **Day 3: La Eden Mussoorie** This property was a letdown, especially considering it was the most expensive room in our package. The room was incredibly small, barely fitting for 5 adults and 2 babies. The breakfast options were limited and of poor quality. Despite the presence of the owner, no effort was made to upgrade our rooms or accommodate us comfortably. **Day 4: Wondrous Camp Rishikesh** Our camping experience was disappointing. The tents had a foul smell, and there were no adventure activities or entertainment options. The coolers provided were insufficient for the intense heat. A significant oversight by Ms. Pooja resulted in our package excluding all-day meals, which led to an unexpected expense of INR 3,000 for lunch and dinner, as the camp was situated in a remote location. In conclusion, while the trip had its enjoyable moments, the experience with the properties was underwhelming. It's a testament to the fact that even with the best planning, the quality of accommodations can significantly impact the overall travel experience. We hope to travel again, and with these learnings, we anticipate a much better experience next time. No regrets, but a valuable lesson learnt.

Hotels: Hotel The jade mountain. Dalhousie stay was very good. The food was nice and staff were courteous. Hotel aura grand. Amritsar stay was pathetic. The room was filled with small cockroaches and flies. We checked other rooms and it was the same condition. The food was good though. Driver: very talkative but good person. It would be better if you can send drivers who knows the local areas. My driver dint know much about Dalhousie and surrounding places. On top of it i had to pay extra for an 8kms drive which was not part of the itinerary.

Actually after a lot of quotations from different agents. I finalized My Bali trip plan with Mr.Ramiz from Taking Break Holidays. I requested him about the places and spots and additionally he included Ulun Danu Beratan (Bedugul) was really satisfied with his Itinerary and must see kind of destination. Also My Family happy with the hotels Grand Zuri - Kuta, especially Hotel Ashoka Tree - Ubud with their amenities and services. I would like thank Mr.Ramiz and Travel Triangle for making our trip memorable.

I booked my family trip to manali with adventure mania using travel triangle app. Mukul was the agent who provided us package in a reasonable price. We enjoyed our stay and sightseeing. Hotel indrasan and hotel grand oasis were clean and had delicious menu in breakfast and dinner. Nitesh and other staff in Indrasan hotel were very supportive. The only problem we faced was the driver Kamal jeet. While travelling chandigarh airport to/from manali he refused to turn on the AC even if we only asked him to turn on AC in Punjab area only and not in manali as the temperature in Punjab area was very hot. He was very rude and always stopped the car very far from sightseeing point e.g. at vashisht temple he dropped us at lower parking even if car could have gone beyond that point and there was an upper parking as well which would have saved our efforts to climb the hill. The driver kamal jeet was always busy with phone while driving and never listened to us and eventually got us delayed to airport. We were about to miss our fligh because of him. I strongly recommend never ever go with Kamal Jeet driver if you are planning with adventure mania. Sissu, atal tunnel, manikaran, hadimba temple, vashishtha temple.

My experience is very bad with travel traingle. 1. Agent Sahil offered me a quote of 70k when i selected hotels and explained him what I was looking for like river side view, 4 star etc he offered me few good hotels lile allure grand in manali and a hotel in Dalhousie. Thsi conversation happend and advance was paid in jan- Feb because he said this will confirm my booking. 2. Also paid my second installment no one informed tht my itenary has changed. 3 few days before my planned trip, Kewal contact me and informs tht he cannot book allure as it was not available, this is 3 months after paying advance. 4.He also advised me to change Dalhousie as it was long and trying journey. 5. Which means now I'm paying 85k for a downgraded hotel and less killometer. 6. I don't want to cancel anything last minute and I agreed on condition that hotel wud be top class. 7. A day before journey I was informed driver would contact me for pickup from Delhi. This didn't happen 8. On the day i tried contacting the agent multiple times and was finally able to make contact with driver. 9.after a long and trying journey reached the hotel assigned, hotel was not bad but the room assigned was average. This was a basic room not what was promised. 10. Regarding itenary driver was not informed about the places. According to divert he was updated the day about my trip. 11. Drive informed that he was not informed about my solang valley and rohtang( this never happened as acc to driver rohtang was closed) so driver took me through atal tunnel and solang and asked me to pay 4,500 as it was not covered according to him if co.pany pays him he will refund that. 12 reach jibhi again I was promised stars and moon and was gives stone. Hotel again good but room provided wa basic not river facing funny part is this time room was booked for 2 adults and child not included Missed out Mt Kewal when I was in Manali threated tht he don't care if I'm satisfied or not but if I don't pay the remaining amount he will cancel my jibi which means on my wife bday iw 7d be left on road. I told I will for sure pay once I look the room provided. He didnt accept. He said if I'm not paying he will cancel jibhi or ask me to pay for manali. Very u professional 13 last but not the least while checking out jibhi hotel informed that co pant has not yet paid them and i shud pay thn for room and kid. Made multiple calls and got tht taken care of in 2hrs Sontravel triangle traingle team I'm very diaaapointed. Still in on vacation once I'm done and back to my place me and my wife are sharing Thai experience on social media. We work in a corporate and our view will have huge imapct Non

Overall trip was good. Driver was very cooperative and nice. However, following are the issues during the trip:- 1. Certain highly famous sightseen were not included in the itinerary such as Atal Tunnel / Sisu Valley, Manikaran, Kasol etc. 2. For above trip driver charged directly to us. For e.g. we have paid INR 4K for Sisu which is hardly 25KM from Solang valley directly to driver. The price paid were too high as per my view. 3. Hotel Aura Grand in Amritsar was pathetic as the room were not clean, food was tasteless and not hygienic infact some food items like butter were stinking.

Manali Hotel Indrasan cleaning was not up to the mark and food quality quiet good. Shimla Hotel Euphoria grand is very good in terms of cleanliness and food quality. But hotel location is not easy approachable. Excess road is very narrow. Manali weather ☁️ was too good. We got snow

Our time with Turn on vacation was fantastic. We planned for a trip to manali and shimla. Everything was very well planned by Anju. Ashapuri village resort in Manali and hotel Grand welcome in shimla were both nice. The driver was amzaing.. Overall it was great experience  

It was dreamy experience for us. Loved the places. Driver assigned to us was so friendly and helpful. Hotel bookings in Manali, Tosh and Kasol were great but at Shimla Hotel Sathyam grand was not upto mark with respect to room or the service. There was few miscommunication happened by Travel agency but it was taken care on time. Overall it was a great trip for us and can be recommendable to others Manali, Tosh and Kasol stay and sight seeing.
