This is the basilica that even has the burials of more than 43 kings and 32 queens. The current edifice of this basilica was built during 11th and 12th centuries and was used as burial site from 5th century. Sacre Coeur Basilica

It crowns heights of Montmartre quarter, Sacre Coeur Basilica is the relative newcomer in Paris. It is built on the spot where Benedictine Abbey was located which got destroyed during French revolution in the year 1789. This is the city which was built in the gaudy Romano Byzantine style. Its interior is rich with the gold leaf and many other attractive decorative elements. This site also amazes the visitors with the breathtaking view of the city and also the glimpse of the architectural model that is unique to this site.

St Sulpice Church

It is the church which is located near to Germain district and is the masterpiece of the French classic style. It has a very exciting interior which got completed in 17th century and the façade was completed was completed in 18th century. It is the popular tourist destination and also was the central focus of the Da Vinci Code of Dan Brown. The wall paintings done by Eugene Delacroix and the grand organ which is built by the Cavaille coll are the major highlights at this site.
