I wanted to express my gratitude for Namskaram Tourism, the lovely trip you planned for us a weeks ago. First of all, the hotels and locations chosen were excellent. Our driver, Freneesh, drove calmly and safely. He grows on us every day beyond just a driver, and we were glad he got to explore all the sites we went. The whole of the trip organized by Mamta madam was just very good as I said her before that I will be traveling with my kids, so she accordingly arranged everything so that there is no Hassel around. The hotels suggested by her were also good and the best part was whenever I had any query, she was always there to help out and solve the query. Good job. Good quotation. Subhashish's 8 days trip to Wayanad

The cab driver was constantly upselling perhaps because of his tied up commissions but his cab was clean and comfy and although he seemed unfriendly, he was very cooperative. Overall Cab experience was not bad. Hotels were fine too except for the houseboat. We had very high expectations here and we were sadly let down. There were no choice in food, options were very limited and the lunch was extremely spicy. The AC in the main deck was not working and we had to spend most of our time in a small enclosure with no views of the back waters. The AC was also suddenly turned off at 8 AM (an hour before our scheduled checkout).
