I had booked a thailand tour with clipago travels for my parents. The whole team specially Satyaveer,Prashant and Rohit ji made sure my parents didn't face any issue while travelling. They were always reachable, everything was managed perfectly...where ever their were small hiccups they were ready with options and resolved the problems quickly. I would highly recommend clipago travels for international packages. Best memories of the trip for my parents were skywalk bangkok & safari and marine park bangkok. And best hotel would be patong bay hill resort

We planned this trip on occasion of our anniversary. Excellent service from Gyam Nepal, Bhutan Tara. From the day we planned the trip, Gyam has been very helpful in organising and guiding us to make this trip successful. Very good accommodation provided both in Timphu and Paro. A day visit to Punakha was really good and memorable. Good car was provided along with very friendly driver Jimmy who was courteous to take us around safely. My husband and myself were really impressed with their hospitality. All the places we visited were beautiful and well maintained, with lot of hidden religious values. Unless we take a guide there, we can’t understand most of the things. However we realised this fact only when we landed in Paro, Gyam was really courteous to arrange a guide for us with such short notice. Whole of Bhutan is filled with warm hearted people and scenic nature. This was such a great break for us from typical metro life.

You need to review on Hotel at Nainital and Bhim tal.... This one not upto the mark. Season at Nainital was very much excellent.

So far it is good and we are enjoying the trip. Nubra to pangong route is awesome and you will enjoy the nature and feel it closely.

It was a very quick three nights trip for Bali and I finally went ahead with Travelope(Tanvi) who was able to understand our highly customised requirements and fulfill it exactly the way wanted it. Huge shout out to Tanvi, Ronak, Mr Gusti(helped us have a smooth Bali sigh seeing process especially the pirate dinner cruise was awesome). Last but not the least to our cab drivers Madi and Okan who were always there for us be at night or well morning to take us to diverse places ranging from Tanah lot to Uluwatu to Lempuyang. Would definitely recommend anyone to go with them for your trips and myself would look forward to have repeat engagement with Travelope. It was awesome trip planned by Sandy from Travel Talkies . We requested for Good Driver with English understanding Skills , Unfortunately he was not able to communicate in English but still we managed to communicate through translator. Driver was good and speedy we were able to complete our full sightseeing on time.

The trip was supposed to be enjoyable but it did not happen in same way as expected. It is not totally fault of travel agent. 1) Actually , at the time of discussion with travel agent, we were never told that cable car (gondola ride) tickets in Gulmarg is not available most of the time. we planned trip finalized and paid 25% to agent and discovered that (gondola ride) tickets is not available. If we were informed of this fact, then could have planned better. But luckily , we saw availability of these tickets in one day, but we had hotel checkout from Pahalgam that day , which is very far from Gulmarg.So, Agent charged extra to cover Gulmarg gondola ride.So, it is better to buy the ticket first and then plan with the travel agent. 2) Gulmarg gondola ride is a long long queue. Long waiting spoils the enjoyment/excitement of Gulmarg.If you are young ,then OK 3) Agent is never calling you , once the full amount is paid.I think Agent should should ask if everything is OK 4) Dal lake is not the same.If you are planning to relax , the price is 6-7 thousand now.The agent promises to pay 1st 1 hour free but all that is very shady.still the Dal lake comes to be 6-7 thousand (without going to island in between lake) 5.At every point , scams are there.No advise from Agent regarding these scams. Believe me , it is CITY OF SCAMS. It is NOT the SAME Kashmir now. Tourist /Local Crowd is also everywhere. This City of Always in Traffic jams. The two security check of baggage with a gap of 1.5 km is also harassment while returning( when you are tired). Return flight is cancelled and our airline (spice jet) asked us to collect baggage and leave airport (it is defence airport, you can not stay there inside in night). Our Airline (Spicejet) did not pay hotel stay ( because of flight cancellation). So, all these spoiled our stay in kashmir. We will NEVER go there. 5 star Hotels in south asian countries are much cheaper then 3 star hotel of Kashmir.Ticket to these south asian countries is also of similar range.So more value for money in traveling to south asian countries .

Good hotels, itinerary was well thought off, highly recommended Halong bay

Starting with providing detailed itenrary and hotel details all the info was provided and responses were promptly provided whenever we had queries or concerns. Overall the booking process was smooth and travel options were really good. Only negative was with the hotel options provided which could have been improved . Other than that no issues
