I recently booked a 6-day Kerala trip through TravelTriangle and Trippro. While the journey had its highlights, there were also a few areas that could use improvement. Transport: The transport services were exceptional throughout the trip. Our driver was punctual, courteous, and highly knowledgeable about local attractions. His support made our travel comfortable and stress-free. Accommodation: 1. Munnar (Munnar Queen): Our stay at the Munnar Queen was disappointing. The behavior of the hotel staff was unfriendly and unaccommodating, which overshadowed the beauty of the location. The lack of hospitality was a significant drawback. 2. Thekkady (Windnote Hotel): In contrast, our stay at the Windnote Hotel in Thekkady was excellent. The staff was welcoming, the rooms were clean, and the overall ambiance was pleasant. This made our stay in Thekkady very enjoyable. 3. Alleppey (Houseboat): The houseboat stay in Alleppey was unfortunately substandard. We were not provided with the premium boat rooms as promised. The rooms were not clean, and there was a very toxic smell emanating from the beds, which made the stay uncomfortable. 4. Kovalam (UDS Hotel): The stay at UDS Hotel in Kovalam was outstanding. The hotel offered luxurious accommodations, excellent service, and a beautiful beachfront location. It was the perfect way to conclude our trip. Overall Experience: Despite some inconsistencies, particularly with the accommodations in Munnar and Alleppey, the trip was well-organized. The transport and the support from our driver were significant positives. TravelTriangle and Trippro could greatly improve the travel experience by ensuring better standards of accommodation and staff behavior in all locations. Thanks to Aditya and Karishma. With some improvements in the selection of accommodations and staff training, particularly in Munnar and Alleppey, TravelTriangle and Trippro could provide a consistently enjoyable travel experience. *I suggestion to Trippro don’t recommend the munnar queen property to your future customers. ** for Alleppy recommend the customers to choose ultra-luxury boats as premium boats are old and toxic smell from beds. Kitchen also not hygienic.

I had this trip from 1st june to 7th june(6 nights and 7 days). Bapan from Travel Triangle helped me booking this trip and facilitate this end to end. He made sure to keep me updated and followed up regularly to make sure everything is going smooth. He provided good recommendation for hotels. Following was our itinerary which worked well. Munnar (2 nights) - Amber Dale Thekkady(3rd, 4th Nights) - Green woods nature resort Alleppey(5th Night)Two bedroom houseboat - This can be completely skipped. Instead just do Shikkara boat and checkin to resort. Alleppey(6th Night) - Kondai lip All the hotels and their services were really good. We got a very good driver (Sabestian/Primil) who took care of sightseeing nicely. He never forced for anything. Just provided details and left to us to choose. Some tips around costing. Skip Jeep Safari/off road Jeep. Completely waster of money. This is around Rs. 3500 Thekkady - If planning for activities do elephant ride, shows and ayurvedic massage(Pranamaya Ayurveda Chikilsalayam) here. As mentioned earlier, sip houseboat completely. Instead if you want spent 2 nights in Kondai lip.

The Elephant Route hotel present in Thekkady is not a good option, room was good but the things present in the room were not good, like shower, WiFi. Also the driver is not suggesting us which place we can go or at what time we should leave the place to reach on another place. Overall Ok experience, it could be much more better.

First of all I will thank you Pallavi Pandey for politely listening me & giving proper guidance while making the Iternary.. Hotels were very good & my family was very comfortable. Driver Albin Savy handled all the small small things very professionally right from picking us from Kochi Airport on first day to dropping us at Trivendrum Airport on last day. Breakfast provides by the hotels was very hygienic. Overall I will rate 10/10 to the service provided to me by the travel agent & all my further trips will plan from Travel Triangle only. Visit to Eravikulam National park at Munnar Elephant ride & Kalaripayattu at Thekkady Houseboat experience was best at Alleppey Kanyakumari & Padmanabhan Swami temple visit was the best part of the trip .

Munnar and Thekkady were great- both Winternote and Woodnote hotels are amazing. Staff was eager to please and were always available for service. Our cab driver Riyas Vali was very polite and respected our wishes of where to go and when to start, where to stop. Allepey houseboat was a unique experience for water cruise and overnight staying in the boat, but somewhat subpar in terms of absence of glitz, paucity of dining options, saltwater supply in bathrooms etc. Do not wish that this feedback be passed to houseboat operators, it is what it is and traveller should understand what they are getting into, that is look beyond how it is marketed. Need to appreciate that after buying the package, not an extra penny was asked anywhere. Do not sleep during the drives from Kochi to Munnar, to Thekkady, to Allepey- or you will miss beautiful forest and mountain scenery!

Munnar and Thekkady were great. But experience in Alleppey was not good. We book a luxury house boat but the service provided by them was very bad. The agents should not book services with such house boat companies. Everything from check in to check out in the houseboat was bad experience.
