About Bright End Corner in Almora

Bright End Corner is a popular spot situated around 2 kilometers away from Almora. The place offers phenomenal views of sunset and sunrise behind the snow-peaked mountains. Also, the views of moonrise are mesmerizing and breathtaking. People from all over the country come here to see the stunning sunrise, sunset, and moonrise. The astounding sight of nightfall, dawn, and moonrise is a rare encounter.

The Bright End Corner has been named after Lord Brighton and this popular place of interest denotes the start of the Mall Road in Almora. A famous contemplation focus known as Shri Ramakrishna Kutir Ashram is likewise found near the spot. Many tourists and localities visit the Ashram for meditation, mostly during the months of April to June and from September until November. Other places located near Bright End Corner are Vivekananda Library and Vivekananda Memorial. The place is devoted to Swami Vivekanand, as it is believed that he had spent a few days meditating here in the Himalayas.

Itinerary Planning can be even better..as most of the time on 2nd day went away in travelling and with very difficulty was able to see one place. All things were good in trip but only regret with Hotel room. It was too small compare than others hotels like you just enter and over. Bed is also too small to accommodate 3 persons (male, female and 2 yrs child) Ambience of resort and peacefulness.

Booked a trip for Uttarakhand (Nainital Ranikhet Almora Kausani) within a very short notice. Arrangements made by tripsailer.com was awesome. Everything went smooth starting from stays upto conveyance.. all the hotels were just fantastic with perfect hill view.. just didn't like the cottage at Ranik

het..its location was also not so good..far away from main city, though view was good but the hotel packed in service, maintenance and food. Stay in nainital was the best part, near the mall road with perfect lake and hill view..loved the place..
